These terms govern your use of Panini Wishlist. Last updated 2025-06-13.

1. About the service

Panini Wishlist is a free hobby project for creating and sharing sticker wishlists with friends. It is run in spare time, not as a commercial business. There is no paid support, no service-level guarantee, and no promise that the app will stay online or keep every feature forever.

Panini Wishlist is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Panini Group or any other sticker manufacturer.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use the service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes;
  • attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use;
  • upload malware, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights;
  • interfere with the availability, security, or integrity of the service.

4. Content and sharing

You may create books, wishlists, and share links with people you trust. Shared links may be accessible to anyone who has the link. Do not share personal data you are not comfortable making available to recipients of those links.

5. Availability and changes

Because this is a hobby project, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It may be offline, slow, or change without notice. Features may be added, limited, or removed at any time. I may suspend or shut down access if these terms are violated or if I can no longer maintain the project.

6. Liability

You use Panini Wishlist at your own risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of this free hobby service. Nothing here limits liability where Swiss law does not allow it, for example in cases of intent or gross negligence.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Account deletion removes your personal data from the service in line with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
